Toll Road Offers New Jersey a Fiscal Test Drive

Well, if the political shitstorm the deal has stirred here is any indication of "success", I'd have to call it a failure. And there are other issues as well ...

A 157-mile-long stretch of highway in Indiana run by an Australian-Spanish consortium is being closely watched as New Jersey considers privatizing its roadways.
