Method Man arrested on $33K tax charge

Why is this guy in jail? Because he's a black rap star, not a white investment banker. In which case he'd be Secretary of the Treasury instead of a jailbird.

Rapper and actor Clifford Smith, better known to fans as Method Man, was arrested Monday and faces charges of failing to pay taxes, the district attorney in Richmond County, New York, said.
