In Farm Belt, Ethanol Plants Hit Resistance

The state's been kinda crazy for this for a few years now - good to see the shine wearing off. The plants are not all they're cracked up to be, that's for sure, and while I'm sure my neighbors like to have a new market for their corn, the tradeoffs can be pretty steep.

The era in which a new ethanol distillery in agricultural America was greeted with delight seems to be ending.
