Always Look on the Bright Side of Life

OK, this is one film about the "Christ" that I'll be in line to see (again)!

The BBC reports that Monty Python's 'Life of Brian' will be re-released, with the remaining Python troupe's full support, in US theaters next month. The Film's Distributor, Rainbow Film Company are marketing the film as an alternative to all the hype that Mel Gibson's film 'The Passion of the Christ' has generated. Trailers for the Film will begin running in theaters on Good Friday. Wait until Biggus Dickus hears about this!

Ukrainian missiles 'gone missing'

I would've like to have used a different title but it was already taken. This is certain to have been keeping people in Washington, Moscow, London and Kiev awake at night.

The defence minister says there is no record of the destruction of hundreds of decommissioned missiles.

Averting 9/11: How close we came

I took a little trip to Ohio yesterday, and with nothing else on the radio I listened to alot of these hearings on NPR. Fascinating stuff really: the inner workings of the national security establishment exposed. But Sandy Berger, Clinton's National Security Advisor, came up with the quote of the day:

History is written looking in a rear view mirror, but unfolds across a foggy windshield.

A nifty ways of saying that hindsight is always 20/20.

Terror commission hearings show the changed context since 9/11, and the difficulties in curbing Al Qaeda.
